We have Four different types of turn-around times:
Regular Service: Delivered
within three(3) business days or sooner.
Rush Service: If received
before noon, delivered by C.O.B. the following business day or sooner. (Any requests received after noon will be considered
received the next business day.)
Super-Rush and Priority Services: This includes
same-day turnaround or any request for shorter turn-around times than Rush Service. (Note: We cannot always guarantee super-rush response times. Therefore, we ask that you call our office
to inform us when you have a super-rush request. We will be able to let you know at that time if we will be unable
to complete your request)

| On Documents and Patents, our rates are based on articles of fifteen (15) pages or
less. Any article exceeding fifteen pages will have applicable extra page fees. There is NO CHARGE for any article we are unable to locate. Copyright fees are not included in our rates.
