Penco Information Retrieval, Inc. specializes in retrieving medical, scientific and legal literature, law reviews
and patents. PIR was founded in 1992 by the company President, Scott Pence. We are located in Springfield, VA,
approximately 15 minutes outside of Washington, DC. Our goal is to provide the best quality of information retrieval
with response times that meet and/or exceed the requirements of our clients while maintaining rates that are lower
