1. Ordering
over the Internet
If you already have an account with us, click "Client Login".
Follow the instructions to place your request. You will get a confirmation via e-mail that we received your request
(this may take several minutes).
If you do not already have an account with us, click "here to set up an account. Follow the instructions
and you will receive confirmation that your account was set up properly. Once you have set up your account, click
"Client Login".

2. Ordering by Fax
Fax your order to us at:

In your fax, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your company's name (if applicable).
- What type of service you are requesting (non-Rush, Rush, or Super-Rush - for more
information please refer to the Rates page.
- Your reference number or client charge (if applicable). This will be referenced
on your invoice.
- The references you are requesting. (Please include as much information as possible).

Order you request with one of our personnel by calling us at:

If all of our representatives are busy with other clients, please leave a message.
In your message please leave the following information:
- Your name
- Your company's name (if applicable).
- What type of service you are requesting (non-Rush, Rush, or Super-Rush - for more
information please refer to the Rates page.
- Your reference number or client charge (if applicable). This will be referenced
on your invoice.
- The references you are requesting. (Please include as much information as possible).

4. Ordering by Pager
You can leave a voice or numeric message by following the instructions
on the message.
Note: If leaving a numeric message (page), please choose the menu option that allows you to enter in your exact
number. Please do not choose the option to press pound (#) to leave the number you are calling from. If you
choose this option and you are calling from a "root directory" which is part of a phone system, we will
receive the main number number of your firm (usually the receptionist desk) and will not know who called us If
you are informing us of a Super-Rush request, please leave a telphone number that you can be reached at in case
we are unable to fill your request or need further information. If you are placing a request please follow the
same instructions for placing your request via telephone above. |
